Thank you for wanting to book your pet/s into our kennels for their holiday at the end of the year – they’re sure to have a super time at their favourite Country Club for Pets!
Below is a link to your Booking Form, together with our Terms and Conditions, for your kind attention.
- Please complete ALL THE DETAILS on the booking form and then fax or email it back to us.
- At the same time, please send us your pets’ annual vaccination certificates (with ANNUAL Rabies and Booster shots) plus Canine Cough for dogs and Snuffles (BB) “shots” for cats. These are all required before a booking can be made (please show this to your veterinarian).
- PAYMENT: (of a non-refundable deposit). Either complete the Credit Card Authorization (below) and fax or email it back to us, or
do an internet transfer into our account for 50% of the quotation and copy us with proof of payment.
Please note that we can only make a booking when the deposit has been received, if accommodation is still available and if pets’ vaccinations are in order. We will then email or fax a CONFIRMATION LETTER to you, along with a STATEMENT reflecting the balance due and when it is payable. We’ll also confirm your dates and pets booked along with other useful information.
